Invitation for member churches to the 2022 annual meeting

The AEEQ-AGCQ Committee invites you to the annual meeting on Saturday March 26, 2022, taking place at Église Évangélique Berée, Laval, QC. This meeting is for pastors, church leaders and delegates appointed by their church. President Bill Allan will be speaking.

The schedule, beginning at 9:00 am:

• A light breakfast and fellowship

• Worship at 10:00 am and President Bill Allan will be with us to bring us news of the association and encouragement from the Word

• Business meeting

• Prayer for one another.

• Lunch prepared by the Berea Team

Voting Delegates:

• A church with 20 or fewer official members would be entitled to one delegate plus credentialed pastors.

• From 21 members to 40, 2 delegates plus credentialed pastors

• Over 40 members, 2 delegates plus credentialed pastors plus one delegate for each additional 100 members.
